At 65, I was worried about keeping up with the exercises, but coach is patient, encouraging, and always pushes me to try just a little bit more. The women I’ve met in class are kind, fun, and encouraging. This is the place to work out, even if you don’t know how. I learn something new every time I attend a class, and in the process, I’ve lost weight and gained muscle.

Then I’ll exercise and do it on my own, just quit. BUT I realized I LoVE 💗 the personal attention in the small group strength training and HIIT classes. It’s what motivates me and I actually see muscles. I feel so much better. Going 3-4x a week I realize I am taking care of myself. The other days I’m riding my horse. Thank you shred 27

I won a cool deal they were throwing in a raffle. The dedication, time, and enthusiasm shown to me did not disappoint. It lived up to the hype I see in other reviews and what I've heard about them in general. Cameron, although not a trainer, was professional, motivating, and a great reputation of Shred27. He got to teach my first class I attended and I left not only feeling pumped but grateful that I got to experience the cool deal they had going on! The facility? Clean ✅️ Aesthetically pleasing ✨️ Equipment was nice and in great shape 👌 There's merchandise if you want. 👕 I loved the workout board. 📃 Great music. 🎵 Good accessibility into and out of the building. He’s a great instructor, I know I will always come to a high energy class  with solid support and guidance. I recently started with 2x week strength classes with Joey. He is an amazing trainer. Very professional, supportive and motivational as well. He was able to crack the code on how to make my body respond with building muscle and losing fat. I’m so grateful that I found Shred27 and I am looking forward to meeting my goals with the help of these amazing trainers.

Everyone was very welcoming and informative - the coaches, front of desk, other customers. If you are looking for a small gym that gives great results this is your place!

At first I was so reluctant to go but once I stepped in I felt so welcomed and wanted to go back day after day. I went in to work on my strength and I feel stronger day by day….. couldn’t recommend this place more!
